The writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s); 1. For direction upon the concerned respondent to promote the petitioner on the post of Circle Inspector-cum-Kanungo from the date on which his juniors were promoted i.e., 22.01.2024(Annexure-2). 2. For direction upon the concerned respondents to give all consequential reliefs to the petitioner after giving promotion w.e.f. 22.01.2024. 4. Considering the nature of prayer, let the W.P.(S) No. 2259 of 2024 be restored to its original file. 5. The present CMP is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
