It is claimed that Respondents have breached the Award dated 19.01.2012, which has been set aside in W.P.(C) 1490/2012 vide Judgment dated 02.07.2015 and thereby restored in LPA 618/2015 vide Order dated 11.12.2025. 3. It is submitted that Order dated 11.12.2025 passed in LPA 618/2015 has been merged in Award dated 19.01.2012 and Execution Petition has already been filed. But, the conduct of the Respondents is malafide, as one day after the Judgment, Respondents changed the name of Company, with the sole motive to defeat the execution. 4. In case, Respondents have changed the name of Company, there are ample provisions in Execution for the Petitioner to seek implementation of the Award. 6.
