Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is direct allegation against this petitioner that he has shot on the leg of the injured person with country made pistol. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, since there is direct allegation against this petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.117 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella stands rejected. 6.
