At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar to that of W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand 2026:JHHC:19608 2 & Ors.) and other analogous cases, wherein a One-Man Fact-Finding Commission has been constituted and the petitioner wants to approach the said Commission ventilating her grievances. 3.
