Learned counsel for petitioner submits that under rationalization policy, petitioner who is working as Lecturer (LB) (History) and posted at Government Higher Secondary School Lendara Block- Narharpur, Dist North Baster is transferred to Government Higher Secondary School, Bhatpal, Narayanpur, District - Narayanpur. Initially petitioner had filed JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.05.15 10:44:27 +0530 2 / 2 writ petition bearing WPS No. 5431/2025 which was disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before the Committee. Petitioner submitted representation before the Committee, which came to be rejected by order dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-3). Petitioner thereafter went to join the transferred place of posting, however, it revealed that the post of Lecturer (History) is not vacant at Transferred place. Accordingly, Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Bhatpal Narayanpur issued letter in this regard as (Annexure P-7) and as of now petitioner is no where. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the grounds raised in this petition and the letter of Principal of transferred place mentioning that post of Lecturer (History) is not vacant in the school, he may submit fresh representation before respondent No.2 and if such representation is submitted it will be considered in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, let petitioner submit fresh representation before respondent No.2 and if such representation is submitted, respondent No.2 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner within reasonable period. 4.
