It is seen from the record that this court by order dated 01.07.2024 granted stay to the impugned judgment and award subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount within a period of eight weeks from the date of order. It is seen that since that date the amount is not deposited in the present matter though the stay has been granted by this court. 2. By this application, now again two weeks time is sought for deposit of the amount. 3. Considering the averments in the application, the period for depositing the amount is extended by two weeks. It is made clear that, in the event of failure to deposit the amount within the extended period of two weeks, the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2024 shall stand vacated automatically, without any further order. 4.
