Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. It appears that the petitioner had already filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer under the RPA on 16.04.2024. However, the respondent did not assign any number to the petition and left it pending. Meanwhile, on 21.05.2024, the respondent requested the revenue records from the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai. Despite receiving a response from the Tahsildar on 07.08.2024, the respondent has continued to keep the petition pending. 4.
