1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition praying for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to consider and decide the application for change of time on route, in accordance with provisions of Motor Vehicles Rule, 1994. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in favour of petitioner, may also be granted.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is seeking direction of this Court to the respondent to consider and decide the application dated 06.04.2026 which is pending before the respondent authority for change of time on the route from Bilaspur to Pandariya Via Ganiyari, Kota, Pali, Lormi and Khamahi and one trip back of his bus bearing registration no. CG 10 BW 5833.
3. Learned State counsel submits raised objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 06.04.2026 in accordance with Rule 74 of the Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
