Learned counsel representing the petitioner, at the outset, makes a limited submission that petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent Nos.2 & 5 - Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Govt. of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur & Nodal Officer, Government First Grade Animal Hospital, Baijupara, Dausa may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law within a particular time period. In light of such limited submission, it is hereby directed that the petitioner shall submit a detailed representation to the respondent Nos.2 & 5 - Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Govt. of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur & Nodal Officer, Government First Grade Animal Hospital, Baijupara, Dausa for ventilating his grievances within a period of ‘10 days’ from today. The representation of the petitioner shall be decided by such respondent by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of ‘4 weeks’ from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
