Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and 4 submits that considering the request made by petitioner in the representation, her request was considered and one Fekan Dhruv has been appointed as Enumerator in place of petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and 4 based on document of appointment of Fekan Dhruv.
3. In view of the decision taken by respondent no. 2 and 4, now the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly the petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous, reserving liberty to file appropriate proceedings, if any exigency arises in future.
