03 /06.07.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of the I.T. Act.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
4. The prayer of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on
10.03.2026.
5. The petitioner now renews his prayer on the ground that there is no material against this petitioner to keep him in custody as chargesheet has already been submitted and charge has already been framed.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the documents and records, I find that there is no substantial material in the case-diary to link the petitioner with the complaints on JIMS portal as no link of phone number or IMEI recovered from the possession of the petitioner has been found.

7. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 171 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Deoghar, once in a month till disposal of the trial.
8. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed.
