1. Heard Mr. Shailesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. The present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the order dated 26.10.2021, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District Durg (C.G.), passed in Misc. Crim. Case No. 786/2015, may kindly be quashed and set aside. It is further prayed that the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Mediation Report dated 07.01.2026, may kindly be taken into consideration before passing the final order, under the given facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2 pass any other order as it may deem fit, in the interest of justice.”
3. As per the office note, various defaults have been reported. One of the apparent defaults is that the present revision is time-barred by 1548 days, and no application for condonation of delay has been filed.
4. In view of the above, the present revision is dismissed on this ground alone.
5. Let a certified copy of this order be sent to the Family Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
