The present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the order dated 26.10.2021, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District Durg (C.G.), passed in Misc. Crim. Case No. 786/2015, may kindly be quashed and set aside. It is further prayed that the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Mediation Report dated 07.01.2026, may kindly be taken into consideration before passing the final order, under the given facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
