1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition issue show cause notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing may direct the O.P. No.3 to take appropriate steps on the application dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure-2) for demarcation of the land of the petitioner with immediate effect for greater the interest of justice; And further prays to pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted application in the offline mode on 15.10.2025 before the Tahasildar, Kesinga for demarcation of his land. It is submitted that no further steps have been taken in the said demarcation case.
4. Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is
disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Kesinga to register the demarcation case and to proceed in accordance with law without Ahesan Khan .… Petitioner Represented by
