ORDER
Order No. 14.05.2026
(Through hybrid Mode)
02.
1. Heard Mr. Bikash Chandra Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Amitabh Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
2. Mr. Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the case diary in Binjharpur P.S. Case No. 260 dated 23.04.2024 including charge sheet No. 451 dated 21.09.2024.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that without conducting proper investigation and examining the call records, final form insufficient evidence has been submitted in the case.
4. The prayer of the Petitioner for proper investigation of the case and submission of the charge sheet against the accused
persons when charge sheet has already been submitted more than one and half years ago, is misconceived.

6. The CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
