For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Graduate Trained Teacher in their respective subjects in terms of the order dated 02.08.2022 (Annexure 1) passed in Civil Appeal No. 4038/2022 & 2026:JHHC:19609 2 analogous cases read with the order dated 15.12.2022 passed in Contempt Petition (C) No. 612/2022 (Annexure 3) & analogous cases wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has specifically directed the State Government to "revise the merit list based on the already published cut off obtained by the last selected candidate in each TGT subject against the respective categories with respect to entire State". ii. For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding upon the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of Graduate Trained Teacher in their respective subjects in pursuance of Advt. No. 21/2016. 2. At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar to that of W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases, wherein a One-Man Fact-Finding Commission has been constituted and the petitioners want to approach the said Commission ventilating her grievances. 3.
