The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sakchi PS Case No.30 of 2026, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the informant is having betel shop where the altercation took place and now a good sense has prevailed between them and compromise has reached by way of Annexure-3 and on these grounds, he submits 2026:JHHC:19735 2 that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that by way of Annexure-3 compromise has taken place. 6. Considering that altercation took place at betel shop and now the compromise is taken place between the parties as contained in Annexure-3, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sakchi PS Case No.30 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
