O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the learned writ Court dated 23.02.2026 made in W.P(MD) No.4899 of 2026. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta stands in his name.
