The petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No. 23/2025 registered with the Police Station SSP Crime Branch (EOW) Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B of IPC. 2. No one is present on behalf of the accused-petitioner. Earlier on 14.11.2025 and 28.11.2025 also when the case was [2026:RJ-JP:4370] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-12025/2025] listed for hearing before this Court no one appeared on behalf of the accused-petitioner. 3. The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 for seeking transit bail and protection for a period of 30 days enabling the petitioner to approach Jammu and Kashmir High Court or other lawful authorities to seek regular protection or quashing of the F.I.R. no. 23/2025 in accordance with law. 4. The Court vide order dated 08.10.2025 has already extended benefit of transit bail for period of 30 days i.e. till 10.11.2025. Since the prayer was made for transit bail of 30 days and same has already been extended vide order dated 08.10.2025, the present bail application is therefore, disposed off. 5.
