ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court calling in question registration of a crime in crime No.313/2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short).

2. Heard Sri. Girish Kumar R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners; Smt. Rashmi Patel, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri. Prakash T.,
learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
3. The issue revolves around forgery and impersonation. The respondent/complainant is the agreement holder. The agreement is entered into on 05.03.2016. The same stood cancelled on 03.07.2021, not by the same parties, but the alleged impersonators.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at this juncture would submit that he may be reserved liberty to approach this Court in the event a final report is filed in the case at hand and the final report would go against him.
5. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands
disposed.
