Prakash T., learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 3. The issue revolves around forgery and impersonation. The respondent/complainant is the agreement holder. The agreement is entered into on 05.03.2016. The same stood cancelled on 03.07.2021, not by the same parties, but the alleged impersonators. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at this juncture would submit that he may be reserved liberty to approach this Court in the event a final report is filed in the case at hand and the final report would go against him. 5.
