Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been reflected in the blacklist employee portal maintained by Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited (CSMCL) without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the same is contrary to the principles of natural justice. He further submits that vide communication dated 01/04/2025 (Annexure P-3), the General Manager, CSMCL, District Raipur, has already requested the Managing Director, CSMCL to remove/delete the name of the petitioner from the blacklist employee portal on the ground that the name of the petitioner was wrongly entered therein. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, he has no objection in the matter and the name of the petitioner shall be deleted from the blacklist employee portal within a period of 10 days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents appended with the writ petition. 5. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the respondents are directed to delete/remove the name of the petitioner from the blacklist employee portal maintained by the corporation within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3 6.
