This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No.174/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. 3. The victim has already been examined. This Court is of the opinion that the trial of the case is proceeding in full swing, and allowing the petitioner to be released on bail at this stage may hamper the early disposal of the case before the Trial Court. 4.
