The writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quash possession notice dated 08.05.2026 at Annexure-F issued by the respondent bank, under the fact and circumstance of the case insofar as petitioner is concerned. (ii) Issue any appropriate writ or order or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the fact and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice and equity. 3. The petitioner's grievance is about the issuance of the possession notice. The relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted under writ jurisdiction. The Apex Court has settled the law in a catena of decisions that a possession notice cannot be challenged by filing a writ petition. The petition is devoid of merits.
