The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings are not taken up despite the matter being of the year 2014. 4. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that the proceedings are being adjourned without rhyme or reason. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality to the proceedings. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within outer limit of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. 5.
