JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to Direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months in CC.No.14396/2016 arising out of crime No.423/2014 of Thilaknagar police station pending IN THE COURT OF XXXVII ACMM BANGALORE, for the O/P/U/S 392 OF IPC against the petitioner to meet the ends of justice. a. To pass any order as this Court deems fit." 2. Heard Sri. Sirajuddin Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25524 CRL.P No. 17381 of 2025 Additional Special Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings are not taken up despite the matter being of the year 2014. 4. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that the proceedings are being adjourned without rhyme or reason. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality to the proceedings. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within outer limit of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. 5.
