Case No. 588 of 2025, corresponding to Cyber Case No. 07 of 2026, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A. P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 24.03.2026 in B.A. No. 1225 of 2026. The investigation of this case is complete. From the case diary, it transpires that the Vivo Phone having mobile No. 9304589943 seized from the petitioner was used to create a link to hack the bank accounts. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, named above, stands rejected.
