Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025 almost for 11 months, charge-sheet has already been submitted. The allegations prima facie are found to be serious and the complicity of the petitioner has been substantiated by some of the witnesses on whom the prosecution has relied upon. Having considered the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of vulnerable witnesses are over. As such, CRM (M) 383 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
