In this matter, learned trial Court has framed charges against the accused-applicant in the month of August, 2025 and as per the submission of learned counsel for the accused-applicant, no evidence has been recorded so far and the accused-applicant is behind the bars since 29.11.2024. Therefore, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and record the evidence of seizure officer and witnesses named in seizure memo on priority basis.
