Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) CMP No.13067 of 2026 By way of the present application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay in refilling the petition. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The application is accordingly disposed of. Execution Petition No.1228 of 2026 Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of communication dated 04.08.2026 issued by the Financial Advisor & C.A.O, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. 2026:HHC:33209 2. A perusal of the communication reveals that the pension of the petitioner has been revised from Rs.30,650/-to Rs.31,550/- w.e.f 01.05.2023 after allowing notional increment in compliance with the judgment passed by this Court. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 13.10.2025 passed in CWP No.1705 of 2024, titled, Avtar Chand vs HRTC & Ors, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the arrears, if any, are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
