These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.198/2025, registered at Police Station Dug, District Jhalawar, [2026:RJ-JP:2469] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-12354/2025] for the offence(s) under Sections 8/20, 8/25 and 8/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The recovery of commercial quantity of ganja containing 103 Kg and 600 grams was affected from the other co-accused Jaheer and Vinod. It is contended that the other co-accused were also intercepted in another vehicle in which the contraband article was found. It is also contended that apart from the disclosure statement of other co-accused there are no other substantive evidence available on record indicating the fact that the petitioners were involved in transporting the said quantity of contraband article. There are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners, the charge- sheet has already been submitted and the accused-petitioners are in custody since 28.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 respectively and trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, their bail applications may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications and submitted that co-accused caught red handedly while transporting the commercial quantity of ganja in a vehicle and they were escorting through another vehicle in which two other persons were found. The investigation has revealed that the petitioners were in connectivity through mobile phones with the co-accused from whom the recovery of commercial quantity of ganja was effected, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, their bail applications may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. [2026:RJ-JP:2469] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-12354/2025] 5.
