CMP No. 18105 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicants/respondents No.1 to 5 for release of the balance amount of compensation, as per their respective shares, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money to meet out their day-to-day expenses. 2. No reply is intended to be filed. Learned vice counsel for the non-applicant/appellant, under the instructions received from Mr. C.N. Singh, Advocate, has submitted that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 22.12.2017, passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. 3. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 5, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 5, as per their respective shares in the total awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-9 of the application. 4. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.18106 of 2026 5. At this stage, the applicants/respondents No.1 to 5 are exempted from filing translated copy of the Annexure A-2.
