Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 04.08.2026 along with order dated 09.12.2025, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 09.12.2025 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been considered and it has been found that her case is not similar to Nitin Kumar’s 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 case and, therefore, she cannot be o1ered appointment on regular basis. 3. This Court had disposed of CWP No.2863 of 2025, titled, Naveen Bala vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, on 01.03.2025 with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks in light of the judgment dated 22.08.2022, passed in CWPOA No.1077 of 2019, titled, Nitin Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and another. 4. Since this Court had only given direction to decide the representation made by the petitioner, which was pending consideration before the respondents, the mandate contained in the aforementioned judgment sought to be executed has been complied with and as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in case she is aggrieved by the order dated 09.12.2025, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1. 3 5.
