The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the time ought to be restricted for conducting the festival. 3. Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the Adal Padal Programme until 10:00 p.m., along with all applicable conditions. The petitioner is further directed not to exhibit any obscene gestures, songs, dances, etc., and shall not discriminate against anyone and shall conduct the festival inclusively. 4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
