Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari/ prohibition, thereby to direct the respondent authorities to disburse the outstanding arrears amount of Rs 3,62,048/- to the petitioner with applicable interest and alternatively to direct them to decide pending representation made by the petitioner requesting to disburse outstanding arrears amount of Rs 3,62,048/- and further to PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 pass any other relief(s) which it deems fit along with cost of the petition in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for the arrears of salary on account of senior pay scale which is also computed by the Jila Panchayat, Koriya, Baikunthpur, however, till date the said amount has not been disbursed. Petitioner has submitted representation before Respondents No. 3 & 4, however, till date no decision has been taken on the representation. He contended that as of now petitioner is posted in Janpad Panchayat, Bharatpur which is under the jurisdiction of Manendragarh- Chirmiri-Bharatpur (M.C.B.). Now it is the duty of Jila Panchayat, M.C.B. to pay arrears. 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of petitioner is against Jila Panchayat for whom he is not appearing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with writ petition. 5. Perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that it is copy of service book and further calculation sheet is placed on record as part of Annexure P-1 and the calculated amount, to be paid to petitioner is of Rs. 3,62,048. 6. In the aforementioned facts of the case, instead of keeping this writ petition pending, seeking reply from the respondents, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before Respondents No. 3 to 5 and in turn the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 7.
