Therefore, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition. 3. In view of the submission so made, the parties have amicably settled the dispute between themselves. 4. The Court also recorded that the contesting parties had amicably settled the dispute and, finding the terms of compromise to be just, proper, and legal, accepted the settlement arrived at between them. 5.
