The Commissioner for Co-Operation and Registrar of CoOoerative Societies dt. 15-2-2013 and 30-4-2013 and issue diretions to the 5th respondent herein not to proceed any further with the election schedule in the absence of the appointment of a separate election body or authority for the suoerintendance of elections to the Co-Operative Societies and implementing the reservation to Schedule Caste .
