Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging violation of order, dated 08.01.2026, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 695/2026. 2 Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 19.08.2026, whereby it has been stated that the State had preferred SLP(Civil) No. 24885/2026 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, wherein the State of Himachal Pradesh has been granted four months’ time to 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 comply with common judgment, dated 25.04.2026 as passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, in CWP No. 3361/2025 along with connected matters. 3 Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition can be closed at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition in case grievance of the petitioner remains unaddressed. 4 In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, however with liberty, as aforesaid.
