GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.12835 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. The issuance of notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with as no prejudice would cause to him even if it is disposed of in his absence. 3. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in taking steps to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.25 cents in Sy.No.127/1 in Thimmayyapalem village, Cherjeral Mandal of SPSR Nellore District, for the purpose of allotting the same to the 5th respondent. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 01.05.2026 submits that the said matter is under enquiry and the 4th respondent not initiated any action against the petitioner to dispossess her from the subject land. After conducting a detailed enquiry and verification of the office records, if it is necessary, action will be initiated strictly in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as per the Andhra Pradesh Assignment Act, 1977. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said instructions of the 4th respondent dated 01.05.2026, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, it is made clear that the respondent 4 BKM,J W.P.No.12835 of 2026 authorities concerned shall deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. The said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 01.05.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
