The present is a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner seeking a direction towards the Tehsildar, Pendra Road to decide the mutation application filed by the petitioner under Section 109 & 110 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as the Code, 1959) within a stipulated time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the mutation application has been filed by the petitioner before the Tehsildar on 26/06/2025 but the same has not been decided and the matter is being adjourned for the some reason or the other. He would further submit that the Tehsildar may be directed to decide the mutation application within a stipulated time frame. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the documents attached with the petition. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar, Pendra Road, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi to decide the mutation application filed by the petitioner within a period of 04 months from the next date fixed before it in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
