Quash the E-Auction sale notice dated 03/04/2025 issued by the Authorized Officer, Vishwakarma Sahakara Bank Ltd, Mangaluru vide "ANNEXURE- A". (In so far as Petitioner Concern) b. Issue directions to the Respondent Bank not to take physical possession without following due process of Law. c. Issue such other orders or direction/s as may be deemed fit to grant, including cost of the case, in the view of facts and circumstances of this above case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo for withdrawal dated 17.04.2026, has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the petitioner most respectfully submits as follows: That the present petition has become infructuous and the petitioner is no longer desirous of prosecuting the same. The petitioner, therefore, seeks leave of this Hon'ble High Court to withdraw the present petition.
