[2026:RJ-JP:3549] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 12215/2025 Ravindra Kumar @ Ravi Dhakad S/o Mahendra Dhakad, Aged About 32 Years, R/o Village Palaheda, Police Station Devlimanjhi, District Kota Rural. ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Nitin Kumar Sharma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 27/01/2026 1. Apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.130/2025 registered at Police Station-Mahaveer Nagar, Kota City for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, the petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 482 BNSS. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation against the present petitioner pertains to an agreement to sale dated 01.09.2022 of an agricultural land wherein a dispute arose between the complainant and the petitioner regarding specific performance of the said agreement. It is argued that the present FIR has been lodged on false and [2026:RJ-JP:3549] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-12215/2025] concocted grounds. The case is purely civil in nature, which has been given a criminal colour. Learned counsel contends that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required; therefore, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation of the case, without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the bail application of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner-Ravindra Kumar @ Ravi Dhakad S/o Mahendra Dhakad, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and [2026:RJ-JP:3549] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-12215/2025] (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
