The main prayer of the petitioner, in this writ application is for a direction upon the respondents to cancel the Sale-Deed bearing No.18773, which was executed on 29.10.2007 by the father of the petitioner. The rest of the prayer is for cancellation of Mutation pursuant to the said Sale-Deed which is nothing but consequential. 3. A Sale-Deed which has been duly executed and registered, cannot be cancelled in an application under Article 226 of the Constitution. The petitioner is taking several grounds for cancellation but the same cannot be looked into in this writ application. 4. Further, after 18 years of the execution of the sale-deed, the petitioner has approached this Court. It is also worth to be noted that the seller has not approached this Court and only after the death of the seller, the petitioner who is his son, has challenged the said Sale-Deed, which smack malice. 5.
