Anil.R learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the office objection raised regarding maintainability of single writ petition challenging the orders rendered on three interlocutory applications. This Court is of the view that the office objection is sustainable. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file separate writ petitions. Permission as prayed for is accorded. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file separate writ petitions.
