The permission granted to the petitioner for advertising vacancy on the post of Assistant Teacher, L.T. (Physical) and Junior Assistant, was withdrawn on the ground of pendency of WPSS No. 955 of 2021 and the stay order passed therein. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order passed by Chief Education Officer on 21.04.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that WPSS No. 955 of 2021 has been decided by this Court on 22.11.2022. The he submits that the reasons for withdrawing permission does not exist anymore. The order passed in WPSS No. 955 of 2021 is produced in Court, which is taken on record. 5. Since the interim order passed in WPSS No. 955 of 2021 does not operate any longer after disposal of the writ petition, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the competent authority. If he makes representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
