The learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed the present Interim Application seeking to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner on record and to carry out the necessary amendments to the Civil Writ Petition. It is stated in the application that the original Petitioner passed away on 05th July, 2026, and that the Applicant, her mother, two sisters and one brother are the surviving legal heirs and representatives of the deceased Petitioner. It is further stated that the application has been filed within the period of limitation. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Advocate for the Petitioner/Applicant is granted leave to amend the cause title of Civil Writ Petition No. 10899 of 2013 accordingly within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
