Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent, submits that the respondent is ready to sell the whole property, i.e., property bearing Flat No. 639, GH-8, Paschim Vihar, Sunder Vihar, West Delhi, New Delhi-110087, which is in the joint name of the respondent and his mother-Smt. Manju Gupta.
2. She submits that the aforesaid flat shall be sold and out of the such sale proceeds, a sum of Rs. 30 Lacs shall be paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have no objection if the said flat is sold so that sum of Rs. 30 Lacs from such sale proceeds, is paid to the petitioner.

order dated 20th January, 2026, passed in the present proceedings, as regards the sale of the said flat is vacated.
5. The respondent is granted liberty to sell the said flat and out of the sale proceeds of such sale, the respondent shall immediately transfer a sum of Rs. 30 Lacs to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submits that the respondent shall cooperate in divorce by mutual consent.
7. This Court is informed that the first motion had taken place long back and that the statutory period has already expired.
8. Accordingly, the parties are directed to apply for first motion for divorce by mutual consent. The respondent is directed to cooperate in the same.
9. Let the needful be done expeditiously, within a period of two weeks.
10. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case, the respondent does not comply with the directions passed by this Court.
11. Accordingly, with the aforesaid directions, the present petition along with the pending application is disposed of.
