Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor. 4. The Court vide order dated 08.10.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 16.10.2025. 5. As per the factual report, the petitioner has not appeared before the Investigating Officer in view of the direction of the Court. 7. Taking into consideration the conduct of the petitioner and so also the allegation levelled against him, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. 8.
