The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18th August, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 6141/2026, wherein, this Court had directed that the property of the petitioner shall be de-sealed since the entire unauthorised construction had been removed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the needful had to be done by the respondents-MCD herein, within a period of one week. 3.
