The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s): (i) for issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to Comply the order dated 17.05.2025 passed in Mutation appeal No 170 of 2024-2025 and create the Mutation in favour of Petitioner. Patna High Court CWJC No.7141 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 (ii). Further for issuance of any other Writ/ Writs, order /orders Direction/ directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case as stated herein below. 3. The matter relates to a piece of land with following details as incorporated in paragraph 4: Mauja- Sher Kalyapur (Barbigha); Thana No.- 36; Khata No. 118; Khesra No.- 2675; Area- 96 decimals. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter went before the DCLR, Sheikhpura in M.A. No. 170 of 2024-25 (Deoki Mahto vs. C.O., Barbigha) and after hearing the parties, the Mutation Case No. 13R27/ 2023-24 was set aside with a direction to the parties to go to the Circle Officer back. 5. The submission with the different Annexure is/are that the Circle Officer, Barbigha was given representation thereafter, but he has failed to act. 6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Barbigha along with the copy of this order as also the order passed by the DCLR, Sheikhpura in M.A. No. 170 of 2024-25 and the concerned respondent shall be duty- Patna High Court CWJC No.7141 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 3/3 bound to hear all the parties after noticing them and take a decision, if not taken, in next four months. 7.
