The memo reads as under: "MEMO The Petitioner most humbly and respectfully submits as hereunder: 1. The present Writ Petition was filed challenging the Order dated 14.09.2023 passed in Com.A.P. No.102/2021. 2. Subsequently, Com.A.P. No.102/2021 came to be allowed in favour of the Petitioner herein, namely Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited, vide Order dated 25.09.2024. 3. The said Order dated 25.09.2024 was thereafter challenged before the Hon'ble High Court in Com.A.P. No.517/2024, and the same came to be modified vide Order dated 23.04.2026. 4. In view of the subsequent developments and the orders passed therein, the issues raised in the present Writ Petition no longer survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
