THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This matter is listed for admission. The counsel for the petitioner is absent. 2. The order sheet discloses that on the previous date of hearing also, the counsel for the petitioner was absent and this Court in the interest of justice, final opportunity was given re-notifying the matter on 04.06.2026. Inspite of that, the counsel on record for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and today also, he is absent. 3. This matter is not yet admitted. This revision petition is filed against the concurrent finding of the Trial Court - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26502 CRL.RP No. 982 of 2023 and the appellate Court, wherein both the Courts have properly considered the material on record. The scope of the revision is very limited. When the counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and the matter is also not admitted, I do not find any ground to consider the revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. Sd/- (H.P.SANDESH) JUDGE SN
