Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. issue writ of certiorari to quash Tender Notification dated 27.11.2025, bearing No. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25865 WP No. 39238 of 2025 EO/MPB/DD/AEE/ELEC/T.No.10/2025-26 by the First respondent vide Annexure A to the writ petition; consequently, b. issue writ of certiorari to quash Tender acceptance of the tender application Tender Number: MPB/2025- 26/EL/WORK INDENT88 application of Respondent Nos.2 by Respondent No.1 vide Annexure.A1to the writ petition; consequently. c. To grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including award of the cost of these proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the above petition. The said memo reads as under: "The petitioner most respectfully submits as follows: Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays before this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above Petition as dismiss as having become infructuous and be pleased to take this memo on record and pass such order the Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity." 5.
